  1. Confidentiality Agreement: Although all participants sign a confidentiality agreement,  this introductory workshop to Blue Ocean Leadership is open to all organizations and it doesn’t require any sensitive sharing.
  2. You can authentically participate in the program while maintaining the confidentiality. There is no need to say a person’s name or share company sensitive information. It is up to you to honor and respect your privacy and the privacy of others.
  3. Proprietary Materials: the program is based on concepts that are patented and developed over many years by Professors W. Chan Kim and Renee Mauborgne from INSEAD, who are the sole owners of the concept. By signing the proprietary materials agreement you express your consent to not use these materials for commercial purposes.
